Shipping fee
International air shipping for Athena robots, capped at $115. Collected about two weeks before your machine ships — not at the time of purchase.
1,000 coin scans
Billed in batches of 1,000 scans, charged only once your balance is depleted — no more than once a day. Needed after the free unlimited scans on a new scanner run out.
The first three months of unlimited scanning come included with every Robocoin Athena. Pay-as-you-go scan billing begins only after that.

Register, select the Robocoin Athena package, and pay the $600 deposit.
Production begins
Once the deposit clears, we start building your unit. Each one is individually assembled.
Up to 90 days
We commit to having your unit ready within 90 days of payment confirmation.
Ready notification
When it's complete, we email you that the unit is ready and the balance is due.
Balance payment
Pay the remaining $1,250 to release your machine for shipment.
Shipment
Once the balance clears, your Robocoin ships to the address on file. Confirm it beforehand.
$1,850 total. A $600 deposit is paid upfront at order; the remaining $1,250 balance is due once your unit is ready, before shipment.
Production starts as soon as your deposit is confirmed. We commit to having every individually-assembled unit ready within 90 days of payment confirmation.
You may cancel any time before the balance payment. 15% of the deposit ($90) is forfeited to cover committed production cost; the remaining $510 is refunded, minus transfer fees.
Ships from the EU to the continental US. The ~$115 shipping fee is capped and collected about two weeks before shipment. US import duties, tariffs and customs fees may apply on entry and are the buyer's responsibility.
Cloud AI processing needs a stable WiFi connection and an active subscription. The first three months of unlimited scanning are included with every machine.
Covered by a 12-month limited warranty with US-based technical service, knowledge base, online support and user forums.
Beta program: while we strive for excellence, there may be unforeseen challenges we'll address quickly. Scanners and cloud services are provided by Mx Robot PSA, ul. Szlachtowskiego 22, 30-132 Kraków.
What Robocoin can read
These marks are tiny and subtle — die cracks, die chips, small numerals, slight letter spacing — easy to miss even by eye. Robocoin already recognizes the varieties above and the detection models are continuously refined.
